The Preservation50 team has developed a P50 Events Toolkit to provide state and local historic preservationists with a basic framework from which to create state and local Preservation50 events. Coordinate with your SHPO

State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs) play a valuable role in the American historic preservation field. SHPOs are integral in the surveying, evaluating, and nominating process of historic resources for the National Register. This site serves as a portal for communications between and among SHPOs, other organizations, and members of the public in a state who wish to collaborate on planning Preservation50 events, as well as sharing success stories.
