The Preservation50 team is embodied in five groups which will be fully assembled by Fall 2015:

The Honorary Board

To include prominent national leaders with a passion for preservation, including federal agency directors, CEOs of leading preservation organizations and associations, charitable foundation Presidents, CEOs of private businesses, and private philanthropists, whose reputations inform the public of the values of Preservation50. They will convene in early 2016.

The Advisory Committee

Organizations and agencies that sign the Preservation50 partnership MOU designate a member and alternate to to help guide and promote Preservation50. They will convene once in 2015 and twice in 2016, and are consulted between meetings for guidance on major decisions.

The Steering Committee

Staff leaders from anchor preservation agencies and organizations who meet biweekly and collaborate daily with the Management Team to plan and execute Preservation50.

The Management Team

Day to day management of Preservation50 is the responsibility of two aligned professional firms, Cultural Heritage Partners, PLLC (CHP) and The Heritas Group (Heritas).

CHP is a law and policy firm focused exclusively on clients in the historic preservation sector. With offices in Washington, DC and San Francisco, the firm represents clients including government agencies, tribes, foreign governments, national associations of preservation professionals, cross-sector collaboratives, museums, universities, preservation nonprofits, and private corporations whose business and philanthropic interests intersect with the field.

Heritas is a global strategic advisory firm founded by the partners of CHP that works with governments, businesses, and social enterprises to devise cross-sector solutions to big challenges including in the preservation space.
